kingman drag racing
at the culmination of the first section of route 66 we came upon Kingman, AZ and found that they had shut down the main street to have a community drag racing day. 1/8 mile strip, lots of cool cars, and lots of hot weather. It was pretty amazing to see, especially with Bill there to explain what we were seeing (he used to drag race even faster cars & bikes back in the day). Got some videos and other pictures too – not sure why they’re not all in my day15 collection…
